I have been a trial lawyer for over thirty years. For more than twenty five years I was primarily a defense attorney for insurance companies and their customers, mixed with several large Plaintiff cases. Since 2007 I accept both plaintiff and defense cases.
My practice is primarily limited to business disputes, insurance litigation, probate litigation and complex civil litigation. I have rendered qualified, expert opinions in bad faith insurance cases.
I am an "AV" rated trial attorney, certified civil trial advocate in New Mexico and nationally (N.B.T.A.). I am listed in the New Mexico section of Southwest Super Lawyers.
